We are looking for an experienced and high-energyOperations Managerto take ownership of a busy logistics and warehousing operation, leading a team of***** employeesand driving operational performance across the business.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, knows how to get the best out of people, and has a strong understanding ofwarehouse operations, logistics, stock control, ERP systems and process improvement.
About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance of the warehouse and logistics operation, ensuring people, systems, stock and processes are working efficiently.
You will lead a large operational team while also playing a key role inimplementing recent systems, improving processes and driving operational change.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and motivate a team of***** warehouse and logistics employees
Oversee daily warehouse, logistics and distribution operations
Drive productivity, efficiency, accuracy and service levels
Managestock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse processes
Implement and improveERP and warehouse management systems
Lead the implementation of new systems, processes and operational procedures
Identify operational inefficiencies and develop practical solutions
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the operation
Manage labour planning, workflow and resource allocation
Work closely with senior management, customers,



suppliers and internal departments
Ensure WHS, compliance and operational standards are maintained
Build a strong culture of accountability, performance and teamwork
Troubleshoot operational issues and make quick, effective decisions
About You
We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded operations leader who enjoys being on the floor, leading people and making things happen.
You will ideally have:
Proven experience as anOperations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager or similar
Experience managing a team of30+ employees
Strong logistics and warehousing experience
Demonstrated experience withERP systems
Robust understanding ofstock control and inventory management
Experience implementingnew systems and processes
A track record of improving operational efficiency
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
A high-energy, hands‐on approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer and systems skills
