Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functionality.
Maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with suppliers for replenishment's.
Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior staff as required.
Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking.
Support the team with general administrative duties as needed.

A successful Office Manager should have:
Proven experience in office management.
Solid organisational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Problem-solving skills to address and resolve office-related challenges efficiently.
Central point of coordination for the office, you will play a key role in creating an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace workplace for employees, visitors, and stakeholders. This position is ideally suited to a proactive, highly organised individual who enjoys taking initiative, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships across all levels of the business.
Hourly pay ranging from $36.00 to $44.00 AUD, based on experience.
