nbn is seeking a Customer Field Technician in Newcastle - Morisset to work independently across installations, repairs and customer support in homes or small businesses. You will handle copper or fibre cabling and set up customer equipment, with full training and all tools provided.

No prior telecommunications experience is required; success comes from a hands-on mindset, problem solving and explicit customer communication.
