We’re partnering with a global leader in transportation services to find an ambitious and driven Sales & Operations Management Trainee to join their Australian team based out of their office in Lytton (Brisbane Bayside).

This is more than an entry-level role — it’s a structured pathway into management, with the prospect to progress into an Assistant Rental Manager position within 6–12 months.

You’ll receive hands‑on training and mentoring from experienced leaders while gaining exposure across sales, customer service, administration, operations and commercial decision‑making.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate is someone who is ambitious, organised and hungry to learn.



Whether you’re a recent graduate or have some early-career experience, you’ll bring:
A Bachelors or Diploma in business, management, administration, accounting or a related field (desirable but not essential)
Solid communication and organisational skills
Customer service, sales or administration experience
Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in management
The drive to take on responsibility and progress quickly

The opportunity
Full time Monday - Friday role
In depth training and support from the Branch Manager
Occasional site visits
Administration tasks including booking services, managing reservations, quotations, compliance checks and customer service
