Job Description

A nationally recognised industrial developer is seeking an experienced Development Manager to deliver a portfolio of industrial developments from acquisition through to completion.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll play a key role in identifying and assessing acquisition opportunities, managing due diligence, and delivering projects through planning, design, construction and completion across a growing national pipeline.

Key Responsibilitie

n

sAssist with site acquisitions, due diligence and feasibility assessments
n
.Manage the full development lifecycle from acquisition through to completion
n
.Coordinate consultants, contractors and authority approvals
n
.Oversee project feasibility, budgeting and financial performance
n
.Manage planning, design, procurement and construction phases
n
.Build and maintain relationships with landowners, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
n
.Identify and manage project risks,



timelines and delivery outcomes
