Business Analyst / Project Manager
Location: South of the River (Hybrid working)
Duration: Initial 3-month Contract, starting asap
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to support a Microsoft 365 migration project.
This role will suit someone comfortable working across both delivery and analysis, with a hands‐on approach to planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the migration of Teams Calling and telephony systems.
Conduct analysis on customer data and migration mapping.
Support workshops, change management, and communications planning.
Oversee delivery timelines and ensure smooth project execution.
Work closely with IT and business teams on Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention.
Provide reporting and insights through PeopleSoft and other tools.
About You
Strong experience in Microsoft 365 / Teams migrations and telephony environments.
Skilled in stakeholder management, delivery planning, and workshop facilitation.
Background in higher education advantageous but not essential.
Capable of operating as both BA and PM across concurrent project streams.
