Role and Responsibilities:

n

Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds/gardens maintenance.
n




Operate zero-turn mowers and specialised grounds equipment.
n
Complete mowing, pruning, planting and landscape maintenance.
n
Manage irrigation systems and perform minor repairs.
n
Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and site reporting.
n
Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.
n
Monitor site standards and identify improvement prospects.
n
Maintain a safe workplace and ensure WHS compliance.
n

What will you need?

A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
n
National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
n
Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
