Job Description

Rous County Council is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Business Partner to lead and manage employee wellbeing initiatives, supporting a protected, healthy and engaged workforce. You will influence leaders and promote secure workplaces with excellent communication skills.

The role focuses on leading wellbeing strategies, coordinating claims and return-to-work programs, and collaborating with the HSE team to deliver cross-functional health initiatives. A pre-employment health assessment is required.
