We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher for our beautiful purpose built service in Jannali. Our centre is a 45 place centre and is located in close proximity to the train station. If you are an experienced Early Childhood Teacher and seeking to be part of a child safe organization and work with a team passionate about providing high-quality education and care.

About the role

Managing and supporting programing of the centre
n
Supporting centres to ensure that Quality Educational programs are delivered
n
Running and managing the room
n
Supporting NS to ensure the centre is compliant at all times and runs within the National Regulations and the National Law
n
Motivating, training, and leading the room team
n
Developing the strategic plan for the centre
n
Helping in reviewing policies and procedures in the centre
n
Doing planning and programing for your room
n
Liaising with families and the community
n
Maintaining and promoting a child protected environment
n

Skills and experience

Solid Written and Communication Skills
n
Solid understanding of Child Protection
n
Strong understanding of National Law and National Regulations
n
Ability to train and develop teams
n
Degree in Early Childhood Education
n
Comprehensive understanding of the National Law and Regulations
n
Understanding of Child Safe Environment, Child Protection and mandatory reporting requirements
n
Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection Training certifications
n
Working With Children Check clearance
n
Full Driver's Licence
n
Full Working Rights in Australia
