About the role!
You'll take ownership of commercial property matters and support broader commercial transactions where property expertise is needed. This role suits someone confident, client-facing and ready to run things.
Manage property transactions from start to finish
Advise on commercial sales, acquisitions and leasing
Support business clients on property issues tied to commercial deals
Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Work alongside a junior lawyer, senior contractor and paralegal support
Help drive growth across the property and commercial team

Senior property law experience (5+ years PAE in private practice needed)
