We are hiring a Labor Attorney to join litigation team focusing on wage-and-hour class and collective actions, superior court writ of mandate proceedings, and state and federal appellate practice. You will handle sophisticated law-and-motion work, draft appellate briefs, appear before the NLRB, and litigate public safety unions with complex pay structures through interest arbitration. If you want high-stakes, high-impact work with real ownership from day one, this is right position for you.

n What You Will Do:n
n
n
n
Litigate wage-and-hour class and collective actions, including law and motion, discovery, and federal court hearings.
n
n
Prosecute superior court petitions for writ of mandate and handle appeals in state and federal court.
n
n
Advise public safety bargaining units on overtime, premium pay, and specialized pay-structure disputes.
n
n
Support PERB, NLRA/NLRB, grievance, and arbitration matters as needed.
n
n
n
n What We Are Looking For:n
n
n
n
J.D. and active California bar membership, with 3-7 years of experience.
n
n
Strong law-and-motion, federal court, and appellate experience — wage-and-hour and writ of mandate practice a plus.
n
n
Exceptional research, writing, and briefing skills, and the judgment to manage multiple deadlines.
n
n
n
n Compensation & Benefits:n
n
Pay: $150,****** - $180,******/year based on experience and qualifications.
n
n
Full time, in-office.
n
n
