Job Description

EVT Limited is seeking a Customer-focused Guest Service Agent for George Hotel Brisbane in the heart of the Brisbane CBD. You will welcome guests at check-in and assist with needs throughout their stay, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Responsibilities include handling enquiries, bookings, payments via the PMS, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness while maintaining high WH&S; standards. A rotating roster, including evenings and weekends, is required.
