About the Role

We are currently seeking a driven and motivated HR Assistant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, business development, and building long-term professional relationships.

You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting business growth and delivering outstanding service to both clients and candidates.
n
Key Responsibilities
n

Assist the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, build up relationships, and sign up new business
n
Conduct client meetings, promote the services, and manage offer negotiations
n
Manage the onboarding and contract process end-to-end
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
n
Coordinate meetings, interviews, networking events,



and client appointments
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across recruitment processes
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 1 year of related work experience
n
Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is highly regarded
n
Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese is preferred but not essential
n
Highly driven, hardworking, and results-oriented
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional service
n
Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
Candidates with prior exposure or industry knowledge in the following sectors will be highly regarded: Property Development, Construction, Mortgage, Accounting
