What will you do?
n
Be a hands‐on leader and mentor your venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
n
Lead by example, jumping behind the bar to show your team how it's done.
n
Cultivate a fun‐first culture.
n
Take ownership of your venues performance, maintaining the right balance between financial success and operational excellence.
n
Manage labour costs and COG's to maximise your venues profitability.
n
Be a loud and proud brand ambassador,



ensuring our venues look their very best and our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action!

What will you bring?
n
Infectious enthusiasm and positivity
n
Proven experience in hospitality leadership
n
An understanding of a venues financials
n
Valid RSA and Approved Managers card
n
First Aid Certificate is desirable or a willingness to be trained
n
Previous experience in an arcade or bowling sphere is a big plus!
