Mid-Senior Interior Designer - Living-sector experience

This award-winning Architecture and Interior Design practice are seeking an Interior Designer with exceptional concept development experience and proven Revit abilities. This is an exciting role with the opportunity to work across multiple sectors such as Multi-residential, Student housing, and commercial projects.
n
The successful candidate will be an all-rounder, have outstanding communication skills and an excellent portfolio highlighting recent projects with strong design and technical skills.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Concept development across a variety of high-end projects
n
Producing and facilitating design documentation of the highest quality and contributing to outstanding project outcomes
n
Utilise exceptional design skills through all project stages and delivery
n
Assist with maintaining existing and developing new client relationships
n
Work with external consultants,



suppliers, and contractors to execute projects
n
Mentor junior staff and guide their design processes and training
n
Seek creative solutions when required and work with Directors to refine project outcomes
n
n
Skills and Experience:
n
n
Relevant qualification in Interior Design or Architecture
n
5+years qualified experience
n
Strong Revit skills
n
Ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment
n
Strong all-rounder with exceptional concept design skills
n
Excellent communicator for client management and a genuine passion for design
n
