Job Responsibility:
n
n
Oversee the quality assurance processes to ensure that products meet internal and external standards
n
n
Duties:
n
n
Supervise the implementation of quality assurance systems and procedures.
n
Developing and enforcing quality standards and procedures, ensuring all team members follow them.
n
Establishing and maintaining a strong communication channel with other departments to ensure quality expectations are met throughout the production process.
n
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
n
Investigate and resolve quality issues, including corrective actions.
n
Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless quality integration.
n
Maintain accurate QA documentation, including reports and non-conformance records.
n
Support internal and external audits as required.
n
n
Qualification:
n
n
AQF Bachelor or Higher
n
1-3 years of experience in a leadership Quality Assurance role, preferably in food manufacturing
n
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, quality management systems and auditing.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
High attention to detail and ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
n
Proficiency in computer systems related to QA processes.
n
n
Salary:
n
n
$90,000 - $110,000 + Superannuation
n
n
Employment Condition:
n
n
Full Time / 38 hours per week
