Our client is seeking a Commercial Building Surveyor / Building Regulations Consultant to join their expanding national team. Based in QLD, you'll manage certification and compliance projects, liaise with the NSW office, and play a key role in upcoming commercial developments. Duties
n

Deliver building certification and regulations consultancy
n
Ensure compliance with BCA and relevant legislation
n
Liaise with clients, consultants, and NSW project teams
n
Provide technical guidance and prepare reports
n




Manage projects independently while meeting deadlines
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
QLD Building Surveyor Licence (Level 1 or 2)
n
Robust knowledge of the Building Code of Australia & legislation
n
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and from home
n
QLD driver's licence; flexibility to liaise with NSW team
n
