Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
n
Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
n
Produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
n
Support design management and procurement activities
n
Support stakeholder consultation
n
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
n
Ensure compliance with T&T; safety on projects checklist
n
Assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, programme and service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance, etc.
n
Conduct tender research and collate potential bid work
n
Assist with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team
n

Qualifications
n
n
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification relating to a technical field:
Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or related trade experience
n
3–5 years of project management experience (ideally client‐side/consulting)
n
Ability to work within a large team environment and bring a growth mindset
n
Ability to thrive in a high‐pressure, fast‐paced environment
n
Excellent command of written and spoken English with solid report and writing skills
n
Willingness to undertake general office assistance duties
n
Retail project experience is ideal
n
