About the Role
n
We're looking for a Psychologist, Counsellor, or allied health qualified to join our team in Melbourne's South East Region.
n
You'll deliver a mix of face‐to‐face and Telehealth mental health support to participants engaged in employment and vocational programs. The role includes both individual counselling and group‐based interventions, working with a diverse client group to support wellbeing and participation.

Key Responsibilities
n

Deliver one‐on‐one and group counselling sessions
n
Provide support via in‐person and Telehealth delivery
n
Develop and deliver practical, outcome‐focused interventions
n
Maintain clear case notes and meet compliance requirements
n
Work closely with employment services teams
n
Connect participants with relevant community supports
n
n
About You
n
n
AHPRA registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist
n
Counsellors (PACFA or ACA) encouraged to apply
n
Social Workers (AASW) also considered
n
Experience in mental health, community, or employment settings
n
Able to deliver structured interventions and build rapport quickly
n
Robust communication and organisational skills
n
