You will serve as the functional expert, configuring UKG Pro to align with Australian awards, calendars, and payroll requirements while partnering with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and IR SMEs to ensure accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and pay rules.
The role requires senior expertise, end-to-end project experience, and solid stakeholder communication.
