Job Description
Charter Australia is seeking an experienced Head Trainer to join the senior leadership team. You will oversee delivery, quality and continuous improvement for several nationally recognised qualifications while mentoring Trainers and Assessors and remaining classroom-connected when needed.

Reporting to the CEO, this hands-on leadership role requires robust compliance with the Standards for RTOs, development of TAS, and collaboration across teams to support student success and industry relevance.
