n Our clinics within Southern Tasmania are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team. This is a Permanent Full time position working rotating shifts between the core hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm. The locations include Calvary Hospital, Kingston, Rosny and Hobart Private Hospital.

Key accountabilities include:

Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
n
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
n
Developing and maintaining robust working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
n

Key selection criteria:

n

n
Previous medical receptionist background (Ideal but not necessary) or customer service background
n
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
n




Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
n
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
n
Current Drivers licence
n
