The role

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and creating recent qualified sales prospects through outbound prospecting and inbound leads. You will be a self‐starter with a passion for sales and a desire to contribute to the company's grow.

Key Responsibilities
n

Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate interest in our products/services.
n
Qualify inbound leads by engaging with prospects to understand their business needs and pain points.
n
Maintain and manage lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; ensure accurate and up‐to‐date records.
n
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sectors for outreach.
n
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products/services and the competitive landscape.
n
Schedule and attend industry networking events/roadshows and lunches to strengthen your customer relations.
n
Assist in preparing data‐driven insights for the sales team to help optimize outreach efforts.

Skills / Experience

n
Previous experience in a SaaS, tech, B2B environment
n
Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies.
n
A strong drive to achieve and overachieve, both as an individual and as part of a team (robust work ethic)
