Senior Java Engineer – 6 Month Rolling Contract (Sydney)
Daily rate: $900 - $950 per day

What you'll be working on
Designing and building Java and Spring Boot microservices across high availability systems
Developing React based front end components and integrating them with backend APIs
Working within an AWS setting across compute, messaging, storage and deployment pipelines
Improving reliability, performance and maintainability of existing services
Collaborating with product, architecture and engineering teams on technical decisions and delivery outcomes
What you'll bring
Strong commercial experience with Java 17 or later and deep expertise with Spring Boot
Hands on experience delivering applications in AWS including containerisation and CI/CD tooling
Solid React experience with the ability to contribute to front end feature development
Background building enterprise grade APIs, microservices and cloud native solutions
Ability to work independently, communicate clearly and deliver in a fast moving environment
