About the Role

Working closely with our Export Officer and Director, you will assist in the day-to-day coordination of export orders from Australia to overseas customers.
n
You don't need years of export experience—we're looking for someone who is organised, eager to learn, and takes pride in producing accurate work.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Coordinating export orders from purchase through to shipment
n
Preparing export and shipping documentation
n
Liaising with Australian suppliers and overseas customers
n
Following up production schedules and deliveries
n
Coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics providers
n
Maintaining accurate records and order tracking
n
Preparing quotations and supporting customer enquiries
n
Assisting with inventory management and product samples
n
General administration to support the export team
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has excellent written and spoken English
n
Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
n
Learns quickly and enjoys solving problems
n
Is reliable and takes ownership of their work
n
Is proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
n
Can work independently while also being a supportive team member
n
Previous experience in exports, logistics, freight forwarding, international trade or administration will be highly regarded but is not essential.
