As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team and help support our people across our retail network.

About the Role

n

Based in Maroochydore, this is a hands-on HR Advisor role supporting our Piercing Professionals and studio leaders across Australia and Current Zealand. You'll be the first point of contact for a broad range of HR matters, working closely with the HR team to deliver practical, timely, and compliant advice across our fast-paced retail network.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to Area Managers, Studio Leaders, and Piercing Professionals
n
Managing employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and workplace investigations
n
Supporting award and agreement interpretation (including GRIA) to ensure compliance across pay, classifications, and entitlements
n
Partnering with the Talent Acquisition team on support and assisting where needed
n
Contributing to HR projects including policy development, culture initiatives, and process improvement
n




Maintaining accurate HR records and supporting reporting requirements
n
Building strong relationships with stakeholders across a multi-site retail setting
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Previous experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or similar generalist HR role, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
n
Working knowledge of Australian employment law and awards/industrial instruments (NZ experience highly regarded)
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
High attention to detail and sound judgement handling sensitive and confidential matters
n
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable)
