We're seeking an experienced Civil Foremanwith a robust drainage backgroundto lead crews on civil infrastructure projects across Wellington. This role is drainage-focused, so proven drainage experience is essential.If you don't have extensive drainage experience, this role won't be the right fit.

Key responsibilities

n

n
Lead and supervise drainage crews on site
n
Coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule
n
Oversee trenching, pipe laying,



manholes, and underground services
n
Read plans and ensure all drainage works are completed to specification
n
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality
n

n

What we're looking for

n

n
Extensive drainage experience is essential
n
Previous experience as a Civil Foreman or Leading Hand
n
Proven ability to lead crews on drainage projects
n
Strong knowledge of underground services and civil construction
n
Ability to read plans and manage day-to-day site operations
n
Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 and WTR advantageous)
n
Robust communication and leadership skills
