Responsibilities
n

Generate more than 50% of your own new sales pipeline
n
Grow new sales across all portfolios with both non‐Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base
n
Engage in solution selling and leverage your ability to cross‐sell into our Digital Services business
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
5+ years of quota‐carrying sales and account relationship management experience
n
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a solid desire to over‐achieve revenue goals
n
Evidence of successful prospecting and creating more than 50% of your own pipeline
n
Experience in developing and executing business/account plans
n
Ability to handle both business and technical decision‐makers in customer organisations
n
Proven ability to create, advance, and close current sales
n
Strong time management and organisational skills
n
Strong influencer and negotiator
n
Versatility to operate in both hunting and farming models
