We are seeking friendly, professional and energetic Beverage Attendants to join our team. Multiple casual positions are available, with a strong focus on Gaming Service, Cocktail and Wine Knowledge.

About the Role

n

This is a dynamic position where no two shifts are the same. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across our bar, gaming, function and reception areas.

n

Your key responsibilities will include:

n

n
Providing attentive and skilled service in our Gaming Lounge
n
Monitoring gaming areas and supporting patrons in line with RSA & RCG requirements
n
Delivering a welcoming and efficient reception service
n
Preparing and serving beverages, including classic and contemporary cocktails
n




Maintaining high standards of presentation across bar and gaming areas
n
Creating a positive and engaging experience for members and guests
n

We're Looking For Candidates Who Have:

n

n
Previous experience in gaming and/or bar service
n
Cocktail experience
n
Wine Knowledge
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
A professional and well-presented manner
n
Current RSA & RCG competency cards (Essential)
n
Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
n
A positive, team-focused attitude
n
