The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and communication‐focused Master Scheduler to help us provide support for a wide range of projects.
Bringing a continuous improvement mindset to everything they do, we are looking for someone who can align people to schedules and act proactively.
This is a full‐time, ongoing position based at our Parramatta South campus.
About You
Extensive exposure to project planning and scheduling.
Robust analytical and problem‐solving skills.




Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to work independently with considerable autonomy, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a deadline‐driven environment.

Remuneration Package
HEW Level 8 $138,029 to $153,227 p.a. (comprising Salary of $116,636 to $129,479 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
