A growing, West Perth-based Accounting and Advisory firm with international reach is seeking aManager - Tax & Business Servicesto join its experienced and collaborative team.
The firm delivers high-quality tax, compliance, and strategic advice to a broad range of private clients, SMEs, and startups.
This is a leadership role with direct exposure to senior management, offering a mix of client responsibility, team oversight, and advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
Directly report to the Associate Directors and Managing Director
Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals
Manage BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, and other statutory compliance
Assist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuring
Maintain and grow solid client relationships
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Allocate, review, and manage the workflow of 2–3 junior accountants
Mentor team members and ensure timely, accurate outcomes
About You
5+ years' experience in tax and/or business advisory
Confident communicator and trusted client liaison
Strong organisation and time management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven
At least 2 years in a leadership or review role (desirable)
SMSF knowledge (desirable)
