The service operates within a 6.5-acre farm-like setting, offering children a rich, hands-on learning experience surrounded by nature and a variety of farm animals, helping to create meaningful,



real-world connections to learning.

The service is known for its strong culture of collaboration and reflection, with a leadership team committed to creating engaging and purposeful learning environments. Educators are supported to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards, while fostering strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

The Ideal Educator Will Have:
n
n
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in Australian ECE settings
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Genuine passion for high-quality education and care
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
n
Valid Working With Children Check
n
Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
A valid driver's licence and access to a car, as the service is not located near public transport
n
