South Eveleigh / Parramatta Hybrid Arrangement (Five Days per Fortnight in Office)

Our client is a NSW Government organisation seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
n
Working under the direction of the Change Lead, this hands-on role will focus on updating SAP learning and adoption materials, coordinating change communications, maintaining stakeholder resources and supporting business adoption across a large operational workforce.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Assist with conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis across business units.
n
Update and quality-check Quick Reference Guides, job aids and other learning materials with revised SAP processes and screenshots.
n
Coordinate with technical leads and subject-matter experts to obtain accurate system information and content.
n
Prepare presentations, communications and stakeholder-engagement materials.
n
Maintain change documentation, SharePoint content and stakeholder feedback records.
n
Coordinate webinars, invitations, supporting content and feedback activities.
n




Refine adoption materials in response to stakeholder feedback and changing program requirements.
n
n
Selection Criteria:
n
n
Experience in enterprise IT change management, change communications or adoption support.
n
Demonstrated experience producing QRGs, job aids, system guides and change communications.
n
Experience supporting a large-scale IT transformation, (SAP program; SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable)
n
Previous government experience is highly desirable.
n
Robust document-control and quality-assurance
n
Ability to obtain inputs proactively, manage high-volume documentation and complete actions within short timeframes.
n
n
The successful candidate must attend South Eveleigh every Tuesday and Thursday, plus one additional departmental office day per fortnight. These office attendance requirements are non-negotiable.
n
