We are searching for an
experiencedService/Operations
Managerto lead their Brisbane operations. This pivotal leadership role oversees service teams (internal and field
based)/operations/warehousing,
ensuring delivery of the agreed goals and business profitability.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and mentor the team to achieve productivity and service
n
Oversee daily field and internal service operational processes and aim to improve efficiencies
n
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a zero‐harm culture
n
Act as the key liaison for customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
n
n
We are seeking a candidate with:
n
n
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to engage teams
n
Proven experience managing service teams
(mechanics/technicians)
n




Ability to work with your team to prioritise workloads, and adapt to changing deadlines
n
Excellent communication skills and capability to build solid customer relationships
n
Strong technical/service ops background (ex mechanic or equivalent highly regarded)
n
n
