key responsibilities
Design and execute the national training strategy across corporate and operations.
Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing team of Training Managers.
Own the national Train the Trainer framework, setting certification benchmarks and leading audits to safeguard operational standards.
Drive strategic alignment across Executive Leadership, Operations, and the People team to champion training excellence.
Track, measure, and report on training outcomes, operational risks, and team performance to senior business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is an authentic, inspiring training leader who thrives in agile,



multi-site environments. You bring a proven track record of scaling Train the Trainer models, governing complex frameworks, and inspiring geographically dispersed teams.
