We are now seeking aFull Time Prep Chefat YOMG Chermside!
n
Day rosters ONLY, Tues - Sat, 9am -5pm, NO EVENING SHIFTS!
n
Applicants to this role, must be:
n
n
qualified, with a Certificate 3, or greater, in Commercial Cookery,
n
available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week,
n
experienced in standard kitchen operations,
n
able to work well in a team workplace,
n
trustworthy with glowing references,
n
a great communicator, with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills,
n
willing to learn and excel,
n
passionate about hospitality, food, and customer service.
n
n
Some role responsibilities include:
n
n
ordering, handling, and preparation of all stock,
n
maintaining stock budgets and inventory levels,
n
conducting monthly stocktakes,
n
maintaining Food Safety Program/s,
n




maintaining operational policies and standard operating procedures,
n
maintaining exceptional presentation and cleanliness of the prep kitchen and storage area/s,
n
reporting directly to your area manager/s and YOMG Head Office.
n
n
