You'll join a collaborative, cross-functional team of developers, brokers, marketers, and product specialists based in our Sydney office — all working together to build great products and deliver game-changing customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Work across a range of frontend and backend projects — from user-facing tools to behind-the-scenes systems.
n
Contribute to development sprints, collaborating with designers, product owners, and other devs to bring features to life.
n
Troubleshoot bugs and implement robust, maintainable fixes.
n
Assist in the design of scalable systems and services.
n




Take part in code reviews, testing, and documentation to support quality and growth.
n
Stay up to date with industry trends and share your knowledge with the wider team.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 5 years of full stack development experience.
n
Experience working with databases like MongoDB.
n
Familiarity with Node.js, microservice environments, Docker and/or Kubernetes is a big plus.
n
Comfortable integrating with third‐party APIs.
n
Strong communicator — able to work well in a team and clearly explain technical decisions.
n
Bonus points if you have experience in fintech or leading and mentoring junior developers.
