About the Job

Reporting to the Commercial Manager,you'llplay a critical role in supporting the integrity, governance and performance of our Commercial Finance
systems,reportingand
processes.You'llhelp ensure our data isaccurate, our systems run effectively, and our teams have the information they need to make commercial
decisions.Furthermore,
you willdriveour continuous
improvementagendabyimprovingways
of working
andcreatingefficiencies
in waysdata ishandled acrossthe business. Based at North Strathfield,you'lljoin a high-performing team and work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Supply ChainFinance,IT, and IBP teams.

About You
n
You'renaturally curious, confident working with data, and enjoy getting into the detail to find answers others might miss. You may be working inCommercial Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Audit,Data & Analyticsor a similar analytical role. Most importantly, you bring strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail, and a desire to continuously improve how things are done.

What Your Days Look Like
n
n
Supporting Commercial Finance systems and reporting processes
n
Managing and integrating data across key business systems including SAP, Snowflake, PowerBIand TPM platforms
n
Performing reconciliations and financial control activities
n
Supporting month-end balance sheet reviews,claimsand accrual processes
n
Leading
weeklyactualisationreviews
andidentifyingpotential
issues
n
Producing reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making
n
Working with Finance, Sales, Supply ChainFinanceand IT teams to resolve data and system issues
n




Identifyingopportunities
to automate and improve existing processes
n
Providing ad-hoc analysis and support across the Commercial Finance function
n
n
The Ingredients for Success
n
n
Experience in Commercial Finance,FP&A;,Data Analytics, or a similar analytical role
n
Strong analytical and digital capability, including advanced Excel, PowerBIand the ability
toleveragedata,automationand
AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, forecasting and decision-making
n
FMCG, retail or consumer goods experience will be highly regarded
n
Exposure totrade spendmanagement
n
Experience with TPM/TPO systems such as TELUS isadvantageous
n
Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business,
InformationSystemsor
a related discipline
n
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and
processoptimisation
n
Solid
communicationskills
and the ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups
n
