n You will:

Assess and manage a diverse range of acute medical conditions
n
Participate in consultant-led ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings
n
Develop advanced clinical and procedural skills within a supportive teaching environment
n
Work alongside experienced General Physicians and subspecialists
n
Supervise Resident Medical Officers and medical students where appropriate
n
Participate in after-hours and on-call rosters
n
Contribute to quality improvement, education and research activities

Requirements
n

Hold or be eligible for AHPRA registration
n
Have at least 12 months of recent Internal or General Medicine experience
n
Be enrolled in the RACP Physician Training Program
n
International Medical Graduates eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or New Zealand)
n
International Medical Graduates with a confirmed RACP Specialist Pathway interview date
n
International Medical Graduates assessed by RACP as Partially or Substantially Comparable
