About the Role:

n

As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, decorating and presenting a wide range of pastries, desserts and viennoiserie products. You will ensure all products meet quality standards while complying with food safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Requirements:

A relevant Certificate III or IV in Patisserie (or equivalent qualification)
n
Experience in viennoiserie (preferred)
n
A minimum of one year of relevant work experience
n
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and food safety standards
n
Ability to operate ovens and monitor baking processes, including temperature control
n
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
n
Reliable, organised and detail-oriented approach to work
n
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required
n

Salary and Perks:

$70,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on skills, qualifications, and experience)
