What You'll Do

Build genuine rapport with guests and create a seamless, enjoyable finance experience
n
Confidently present finance and insurance solutions tailored to individual needs
n
Work closely with the sales team to uncover opportunities and maximise every interaction
n
Liaise with lenders to secure approvals and deliver outcomes quickly
n
Ensure every deal is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance
n
Be a visible leader in the showroom - setting the standard for energy, attitude, and service

Proven experience in Automotive Finance & Insurance
n
Strong understanding of lending, compliance, and industry regulations
n
Current relevant accreditations

The ability to balance performance with exceptional customer care
