Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Tweed Heads Facility on a casual basis. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, under SCC policies, and work collaboratively with the care team to support wellbeing.
In this casual role, you will carry out assessments, contribute to care planning, document accurately, and participate in evaluating care plans to ensure residents receive personalised attention in a supportive workplace.
