About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires someone who can confidently juggle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with clients, and remain calm under pressure.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
n
Managing a busyreceptiondesk and phone system
n
Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily clinic workflow
n
Processing payments and discussing treatment estimates and costs with clients
n
Making follow-up calls regarding treatment estimates, wellness memberships, appointments, and outstanding items
n
Handling client enquiries with empathy and confidence
n




Maintaining accurate records and supporting administrative tasks including managing emails and assisting with social media
n
Working collaboratively with our veterinary and nursing teams
n

About You

Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly

Have excellent organisational and multitasking skills
n
Be confident discussing financial matters, payment options, and treatment estimates with clients
n
Have strong communication and customer service skills
n
Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
n
Be a team player who enjoys helping both people and animals
n
Previous veterinary industry experience is desirable but not essential
