Job Description

Whitehaven Coal is seeking a Health, Safety, Setting & Training (HSET) Manager for Maules Creek Mine in NSW. You will lead HSET strategy, drive risk management, and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping the site's safety culture.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee training programs, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver protected, compliant operations and effective workforce capability.
