Lactalis Australia is seeking a hands-on production worker for its dairy operations in Victoria. The role covers fresh ingredient preparation, cheese making, mixing and general cleaning on a rotating Monday–Sunday roster with overtime opportunities during peak seasons.
The position is full-time with potential overtime during the busy October–January period. Candidates should be physically fit, able to follow GMP and food safety standards, and maintain high-quality work in a quick-paced
