We are Dealers for Penske Commercial Vehicles, Daimler Trucks & Iveco Trucks. Bundy Star Trucks also diversifies into all makes Japanese, American, European & Trailer repairs.

We are looking for an enthusiastic heavy vehicle spare parts interpreter to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires product knowledge, strong customer service skills and the ability to accurately identify and source parts for a wide range of heavy vehicle and equipment.

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities
n
n
Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts for retail and trade customers along with our workshop technicians
n
Source genuine and aftermarket trucks parts from a range of suppliers
n
Process customer enquiries, quotes and sales
n
Maintain stock levels, receive and check incoming deliveries
n
Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders
n
Laise with suppliers to source parts
n
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control
n
Ensure the parts department is clean, organised and well presented
n
Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person
n
Assist workshop technicians by ensuring parts are available when required
n
Follow workplace health and safety procedures
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Previous experience in automotive, truck or heavy vehicle parts interpreting is preferred
n
Car, Light Commercial & AG qualifications are encouraged to apply.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work independently and/or team environment
n
Good computer skills and experience with parts catalogues or inventory software
n
Good written and verbal communication skills
n
Self-motivated
n
Current Manual C License
n
Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
n
n

Hours: 40hr Week - No weekends or after hours callouts
