Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader Inbound Day Shift to oversee daily receiving operations within our warehouse. This role is responsible for leading a high performing inbound team, ensuring goods are received accurately, safely, and efficiently, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead, coordinate, and supervise daily inbound (receiving) operations to ensure timely and accurate intake of goods
n
Ensure all inbound shipments are unloaded, checked, recorded, and processed correctly
n
Promote and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including OH&S; requirements
n
Manage team performance, productivity, and efficiency within the inbound function
n
Coordinate daily staffing, rostering, and workflow to meet operational targets
n
Support and guide team members, including training and development
n
Use and maintain warehouse systems
n
Monitor processing status through management tools
n
Identify and implement continuous improvement
n
Liaise with internal teams and suppliers as required
n
Actively participate in problem solving and operational troubleshooting
n
Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role
n

Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably within inbound/receiving operations

Previous leadership or supervisory experienceStrong understanding of warehouse systems
