Job Description

Aliaxis is seeking a proactive HSE Manager to drive a robust safety culture at the Smithfield manufacturing site. You will coach leaders, strengthen safety ownership, and lead injury management and incident investigations.

The role requires 7–10 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and solid stakeholder engagement skills to influence across all levels of the business. Onsite operations with a focus on Go for Zero and sustainability.
