We are currently recruiting on behalf of several highly regarded Sydney law firms seeking

Family Lawyers. These are fantastic opportunities to join supportive teams where you will work on high-quality matters, receive ongoing mentoring, and continue to develop your technical expertise and career.

The Role
n
You will manage a broad range of family law matters, including:
n
n
Divorce and nullity proceedings.
n
Parenting and children's matters, including complex parenting disputes, relocation, parentage testing, surrogacy and adoption.
n
Property settlements and financial matters.
n
Spousal maintenance and child support matters.
n
Binding Financial Agreements, Superannuation Agreements and Maintenance Agreements.
n
Mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
n
Building strong client relationships and providing practical, commercially focused advice.
n
Working collaboratively with Partners and senior lawyers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
n

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

An unrestricted Australian Practising Certificate.
n
Strong technical family law knowledge.
n
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
n
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
n
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
n
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
n
An interest in business development and networking.
n
A positive attitude and a desire to continually learn and develop your career.
