Role Overview:

We're looking for a Venue Manager to build, inspire, and lead a team, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and driving the venues success.
n
Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll manage daily operations, lead the team, and contribute to our growth.
n
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the face of X-Golf Surrey Hills, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
n
Foster a positive team culture with strong, supportive leadership
n
Work towards performance targets set by the Managing Director
n
Recruit, train, and develop staff for operational excellence
n
Oversee scheduling, stock management, bookings, and events
n
Maintain POS accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards (OLGR, food safety, OH&S;)
n
n
About You:
n
n
2+ years of hospitality management experience
n
Flexible availability across seven days
n
RSA, Approved Manager certification, and food safety supervisor (or willingness to obtain)
n
Solid interpersonal skills and team‐oriented mindset
n
Tech‐savvy with basic computer skills; experience with POS and inventory systems a plus
n
Local community connections and golf knowledge are a bonus
